Black Hive Ink and Arts Policies

1. ALL deposits (cash or electronic) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits expire one year after date made.

2. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash. Gift cards expire one year after date of purchase.

3. We require a 48 hour notification (call preferred) in order to reschedule any appointments. Please note that you are only allowed 3 reschedules before you lose your deposit. 

4. Rescheduling your appointment the day of will result in loss of your deposit. 

5. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the artist do hold the authority to reschedule your appointment for another date and time.

5. We accept cash or card, however our system charges a fee for all credit card transactions.

6. We require an in person consultation in regards to all cover ups.
